Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.

Small HydraulicPower Packs

The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure of 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor where the unit is cased, is made using an advanced aluminium manifold die-casting process, eliminating porosity to give a lightweight assembly.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods &#8211; loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.
PB300 units have;

A high pressure, poppet-type, screw-in, cartridge-style, spring-biased, bi-directional blocking-type hydraulic valve with two built-in checks. When used in conjunction with a small pilot solenoid valve, the HEP42-S39 is ideal for either high-flow double-blocking circuits or selector circuits. The integral two-check system prevents leak-age, maintaining the pilot signal regardless of the transition or the work-port pressure changes.

With no pressure at 3, flow will be allowed from 1 to 2 once the bias spring force is overcome with pressure at 1.

A poppet-type, screw-in, cartridge-style, spring-biased, bi-directional blocking-type hydraulic valve with two built-in checks. When used in conjunction with a small pilot solenoid valve, the EP20-S39 is ideal for either high-flow double-blocking circuits or selector circuits. The integral two-check system prevents leakage, maintaining the pilot signal regardless of the transition or the work-port pressure changes.

EP16-S35 is a pilot-to-close directional valve. 
With no pressure at 3, flow will be allowed from 1 to 2 once the bias spring force is overcome with pressure at 1.It requires a tall cap when specified with bias springs from 6,2 to 16,5 bar (90 to240 psi). The 240 psi spring requires an extra tall cap. A manual override option is also available for valves with bias springs from 6,2 to 16,5 bar (90-240 psi). NOTE: Orifice discs should not be used with this valve.
