Small Hydraulic Power Packs
Savery offer a complete and comprehensive range of hydraulic power units, incorporating highly flexible, cost effective modular construction suited to both OEM and small users. The design of units for special applications is an important part of Savery’s marketing activities and our engineers can develop a unit to perfectly match our customer’s requirements. Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.
The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure of 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor where the unit is cased, is made using an advanced aluminium manifold die-casting process, eliminating porosity to give a lightweight assembly.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods – loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.
PB300 units have;
- DC units 12V & 24V / 0.2 – 3.5kW.
- AC units 3 Phase & 1 Phase / 0.25 – 5.5kW.
- A vast range of control options for single and double acting circuits.
- Advanced pressure die-cast aluminium centre adaptor.
