Savery custom manifolds can be designed as part of a new power unit or to enhance your existing equipment & machinery. Custom designed manifolds offer no-leak, screw-in components with fast and easy valve removal and replacement.
Our team of experienced engineers can simplify the most complex hydraulic circuits to reduce cost, improve reliability, minimise pipe work connections and the physical size & weight of the solutions.
Custom manifold assemblies are:
- Designed by our engineers in house using the latest 3D CAD software for integration into your product.
- Designed utilising Hydraforce cartridge valves and a vast range of other manufacturer’s components to achieve the required performance.
- Machined using modern CNC equipment with specialist tooling to ensure high quality.
- Manufactured from aluminium, steel or stainless steel to meet system pressure, flow and application requirements.
- Designed in conjunction with your engineers to ensure we meet your unique requirements and installation needs.
- Supplied in a variety of sizes from small manifold blocks with cartridges capable of controlling low(a few litres per minute) flow rate up to large complex assemblies for hundreds of litres per minute.
- Supplied fully assembled & tested in our UK facility & meeting the necessary ISO recommended guidelines for hydraulic cleanliness prior to dispatch.
