Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.

Small HydraulicPower Packs

The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure up to 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor can be machined to give a vast range of integral control options for single and double acting circuits.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods &#8211; loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.
PB300 units have;

Plastic tanks

Plastic tanks are available in standard sizes to suit our full range of power packs.
Filler/breathers &amp; drain plugs can be located in a number of different positions, making these tanks suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting.

Using the breakdown of the ordering code (as seen in the gallery) a Dock Leveller power pack can easily be configured to suit your requirements. Simply work along each section choosing the configuration that you require.
<h3>Example 1 (DLFL-3207-24)</h3>
This would be a Dock Leveller power pack fitted with a pressure sequence valve for operating a folding lip Dock Leveller. It would be fitted with a 0.75kw, 2 pole totally enclosed, fan cooled electric motor suitable for operating off a 400 volt, 3 phase, 50Hz supply. It would include a pump unit delivering 4.5 l/min at 165 bar and be fitted with a solenoid coil suitable for operation from a 24 VDC supply.
<h3>Example 2 (DLSL-1211-115)</h3>
This would be a Dock Leveller power pack fitted with a solenoid valve for operating a sliding lip Dock Leveller. It would be fitted with a 1.1kw, 2 pole totally enclosed, fan cooled electric motor suitable for operating off a 230 volt, 1 phase, 50Hz supply. It would include a pump unit delivering 6.0 l/min at 165 bar and be fitted with a solenoid coil suitable for operation from a 115 VAC 50 Hz supply.

Mini Power Packs

Mini-Pak units are available in both 12V and 24V DC, offering a range of flow rates up to 3 litres per minute and pressures up to 200 bar. These units are primarily used in mobile equipment, including tail lifts, passenger lifts, stair lifts, and materials handling equipment. However, their compact size makes them suitable for any application where a small, compact unit is needed.

Savery has engineered a standard proportional control circuit which complements the PB300 power pack. This control has been developed specifically for the lift market and is suitable for controlling raise and lower lift speeds.
The electronic lift controls allow the rate of acceleration (either linear or a curve), the rate of deceleration (either linear or as curve) and the creep speed to be programmed independently for both the lift raise and lift lower. It can be tailored to meet customers specific interface requirements.
The proportional lift control circuit which has been incorporated into the ultra versatile PB300 centre adaptor uses either a SP08-25 normally open or a SP10-20 normally closed proportional direction valve from the Hydraforce valve range.
