A screw-in, cartridge-style, direct acting, poppet-type electro hydraulic relief valve, which can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric in-put. Pressure output is proportional to DC current input. This valve is intended for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding applications.

Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.

Small HydraulicPower Packs

The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure of 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor where the unit is cased, is made using an advanced aluminium manifold die-casting process, eliminating porosity to give a lightweight assembly.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods &#8211; loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.

The TS58-21F blocks flow from 1 to 2 until sufficient pressure is present at 1 to open the valve by overcoming the preset spring force. With no current applied, the valve will relieve at ±50 psi of the spring maximum. Applying current to the coil reduces the induced spring force thereby reducing the valve setting.

TS38-21 Proportional Electric Relief Valve (TS38-21)

The TS38-21 blocks flow from ➀ to ➁ until suffi cient pressure is present at ➀ to open the valve by overcoming the preset spring force. With no current applied, the valve 
will relieve at ±50 psi of the spring maximum. Applying current to the coil reduces the 
induced spring force thereby reducing the valve setting.

TS38-20 Proportional Electric Relief Valve (TS38-20)

The TS38-20 blocks flow from 1 to 2 until sufficient pressure is present at 1 to offset the electrically induced solenoid force. With no current applied to the solenoid, the valve will free flow from 1 to 2. 
Note: Back pressure on port 2 becomes additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio. 
The optional manual override allows the valve to be set when the electric supply is lost. The manual setting is added to the electric setting. To prevent the system from being over pressurized, the manual override should always be disengaged prior to applying power to the coil.

A screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional electrohydraulic pressure relief valve, which can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input. Pressure output is inversely proportional to DC current input. This valve is intended for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding applications.
