Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.

Small HydraulicPower Packs

The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure of 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor where the unit is cased, is made using an advanced aluminium manifold die-casting process, eliminating porosity to give a lightweight assembly.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods &#8211; loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.
PB300 units have;

SPCL10-32 Poppet, 3-Port, Normally Closed (SPCL10-32)

<h3>Product Operation</h3>
When de-energized, the SPCL10-32 blocks flow at 1 and 3, while allowing the port 2 load signal to bleed to the low-pressure side of the circuit. When energized, proportionally-controlled flow is allowed from 3 to 1 with a load signal supplied at 2. Reverse flow is not allowed from 1 to 3. 
Note: When using this valve in bridge circuits, seals should not be used on the pilot pistons of the pilot-operated check valves. This is to avoid trapping oil which would keep the pilot-operated check valve open. 
Note: If low voltage is expected on the machine, 12 or 24 volt systems will require the use of 10 volt or 20 volt coils respectively. See “SP Valves and Coil Operating Parameters,” page <a title="2.002.1" href="https://www.savery.co.uk/products/view/2-002-1">2.002.1</a>.
