Directional Valves

Hydraforce directional valves offer multiple functions with a wide range of application potential within the hydraulic industry, from controlling the rate of shift, to low pressure drop and with flows up to 280lpm available.
Spool-type and Poppet-type directional valves offer a wide variety of flow path configurations to suit your needs. Hydraforce’s Pilot-Operated spool-type directional control valve offers the very best in flow path control, a simple two position 2-Way valve to a three position 4-Way valve can be easily controlled by a remote pilot signal.
Hydraforce also offers a PE series of valves which gives proportional control when a pilot signal pressure is used. A manual spring return can also be featured on both directional valves with an optional rotational lock position. These models can be used for flows up to 57lpm.

Electro-Proportional Valves

The coil offers a superior frame density from the copper windings and thick iron that surround it increasing the coils flux density and therefore its power as an electromagnet. Coils come in both AC and DC and in a variety of voltages to suit your needs and also offer multiple termination types from DIN to dual spade connections.
Hydraforce also offer Series E coils which are water and weather resistant. Coils have full encapsulated windings and a rugged external metal shell which provides exceptional protection from physical damage. These coils were built for high temperature operation but also maintain the easy installation as the standard coils on offer.

VDR1, EFDR1, ETDR1 Plug-In Style Controllers for Valve Coil Mounting
The EVDR1 is a general-purpose PC-programmable controller for HydraForce proportional directional, flow or pressure control valves.
EFDR1 for proportional fan drive control, and ETDR1 for transmission control applications.
ExDR1-type controllers are designed for convenient plug-in coil mounting on valve coils with the Deutsch electrical connector.
EVDR4 and EVDR5 can drive four proportional and one on/off valve with customer-programmable interface. The EVDR4 is stand-alone. The EVDR5 uses a CAN communications interface.
EVDR7 Operates two proportional or on/off valves and provides up to four 5V references.
EVDR9 and EVDR10 CAN expansion modules provide up to nine networked outputs and ten to eighteen inputs using a J1939 interface

Coretek™ Programmable Machine Controllers
The new CoreTek™ line of general-purpose programmable controllers can be used as stand-alone controllers or integrated with other CAN networked devices. They are designed to withstand the environmental demands of mobile equipment applications. They feature flexible input and output configuration and are capable of driving up to 3.0 amps per output pin.
CoreTek controllers are fully sealed within a compact cast aluminium housing. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to 158°F) and no external cooling or heat dissipation is required.
These controllers are programmed using the powerful CoDeSys™ Programming Tool.
This open software environment offers maximum flexibility and painless servicing of a machine.

Pressure Control Valves

Hydraforce boast a wide range of solenoid valves which include both poppet and spool type valves. All valves are hardened to extend working life of the product.
Models are available for flows up to 150lpm and operation pressure of up to 345 bar. Hydraforce solenoid poppet type valves come in a variety of configurations for load holding or blocking valves for applications requiring low internal leakage.
Spool type valves are 2-Way normally open or normally closed, 3-Way, 4-Way and 4-Way three position. There is also the choice of blocking/low flow valves which are supplied 2-Way normally closed, load-holding or venting valves.

Savery hydraulic power packs and mini power packs are the culmination of many years of experience in manufacturing AC and DC power packs.

Small HydraulicPower Packs

The PB300 series of power units offer the latest design and features not normally associated with this type of unit. The units have a pressure up to 300 bar, which is achieved by the use of high specification materials. The centre adaptor can be machined to give a vast range of integral control options for single and double acting circuits.
Applications for this type of unit are numerous DC units for battery powered use include our tail lift packs and can be found on tippers, aerial access equipment and material handling trucks. AC units with power ratings from 0.25kW to 5.5kW have an even greater range of applications including the retail and service industry for the handling of goods &#8211; loading and unloading of vehicles and the lift industry for lifts installed in the home, disabled lifts and automotive assembly plants.
Savery has developed hydraulic power packs specifically for applications such as dock levellers, which provide a bridge between the loading bay and the truck being loaded or unloaded.
