Savery Hydraulics Honoured with Lifetime Supporter Award by the British Fluid Power Association

Savery Hydraulics proudly hosted Chris Butcher, Managing Director of the British Fluid Power Association (BFPA), at their Coventry facilities.

The visit marked a significant milestone as the company was presented with the esteemed Lifetime Supporter Award by the BFPA, recognising its commitment to the fluid power industry.

The award underlines Savery Hydraulics’ longstanding relationship with the BFPA, an affiliation that dates back to the beginning of the association 65 years ago. As one of the founding members, Savery Hydraulics has played a pivotal role in the industry’s development and continues to be an integral part of the BFPA’s mission.

Graham Wood, Managing Director of Savery Hydraulics, expressed his gratitude and pride in accepting the award. “It was great to welcome Chris Butcher to our premises today. Receiving a Lifetime Supporter Award from the British Fluid Power Association on behalf of Savery Hydraulics is a tremendous honour,” said Wood.

He further emphasised the significance of the award, stating, “Savery Hydraulics was one of the founding members of the BFPA 65 years ago, and it is a privilege to continue our involvement. I am proud to represent our company on the BFPA Board. The association serves as the industry’s voice for standards and legislation both in the UK and internationally, playing a crucial role in shaping decisions that impact our sector now and in the future.”

The Lifetime Supporter Award is a testament to Savery Hydraulics’ dedication and contributions to the fluid power industry, highlighting its ongoing efforts to advance the sector and support the BFPA’s initiatives.
