De-burring and Cleaning:
De-burring: Our de-burring capabilities, combined with bespoke de-burring tools, guarantee smooth edges and precise finishing.
Cleaning: We employ high-pressure jet wash for thorough cleaning of manifolds, maintaining cleanliness and integrity.
Surface Treatment:
Thermal De-burring: Manifolds can undergo thermal de-burring for further cleaning and finishing.
Anodising and Plating: We work with trusted sub-contractors to provide options for anodising and plating, meeting specific requirements for corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
