We provide comprehensive design and installation services to support our customers at every stage. Our aim is to ensure a seamless process, from design to final sign-off. With our experienced team and customer-focused approach, we build true partnerships for successful project delivery.

3D Design: We create detailed 3D designs for your hydraulic control system infrastructure, including:

• Plant Room Layout and Service Connections: Designing your plant room layout and establishing service connections.
• Pipework Routes: Planning optimal routes for pipework to ensure efficient performance.
• Electrical and Control Installation: Installing electrical systems and controls, including containment.

Project Management: We offer complete project management services, with clearly defined hold points and customer responsibilities. Our bi-weekly project meetings foster close collaboration for successful outcomes.

Factory Assessment Testing and Site Assessment Testing

We work closely with our customers on Acceptance Testing at our Coventry facility and well as on-site. In collaboration with our Engineering teams, the testing criteria can be agreed and witnessed by customers as part of the project plan.

Installation: Our experienced team installs both cold form and welded pipework, electrical supply, and control systems.

Commissioning and Training: We conduct pressure testing, flushing, and full control commissioning. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition in customer takeover and sign-off.
